You said it runs on either . I have an 08 UC , and had a similar issue , found the plastic fuel hose had a crack in it . I changed the entire assembly , pump , filter etc.... Then no issues . Open gas cap turn on ignition and see if you here a hiss , spray . T are known to crack the plastic fuel hose , causing no fuel pressure . Lots of luck !!!
You already have her back together with a new filter and fresh fuel. Give her a whirl. If she runs adding sea foam will help clean things up as well.

Did you try disconnecting and then re-connecting the quick-connect fitting between the tank and fuel line? I have had trouble with the internal check valve sticking and stopping fuel flow. It's free and easy to try . . .
