Took her out for another shake down, now have a leak around the oil filter (Got to luv these older bikes), going to pull it tomorrow to see what I can find, any advice would be appreciated if anyone has had same (Lord knows if you type in "oil leak" in the search box how many threads would pop up) , this model has the filter mounted under the bike.
Well I found my leak, the inlet and outlet fittings in the oil filter bracket were loose, one of the fittings is straight, and that would be easy enough to tighten, the other is a 90 and it is to long to turn and tighten as the oil filter bracket is mounted directly to the tranny body, and the bolt that holds it is right under the starter assembly so it looks like its going to be tedious work, I may just move it to a more convenient location, and the hoses were pretty much dry rotted, what baffles me is either Harley or the PO put those fittings in before the bracket was mounted (as you can't tighten the 90 with the bracket mounted) and only hand tightened them with 0 pipe sealant, I mean this is a very vital aspect of the bike, just blows my mind, you know what they say "If you want something done right do it yourself" those words have never rang true-er.

Any one that rides any distance knows the advantage of a fairing . Keep it. I like the look. Looks like a busty woman with a tiny waist. With those pipes. All I ask is ride the **** behind me.
