I've never understood spending the money on a new exhaust and not completing the job so it runs like crap because it's not tuned. I guess they liked how it looked and that was good enough.

Funny, cuz the guy I bought it from (not the guy that did the mods) was telling me how much he liked the way it sounded when he closed the throttle!
