Hi Guys
I have a 2018 Street Glide . It came with the standard 12 inch low shocks that are only adjustable on the left side. They are total crap. I ordered some 13 inch progressive 412
rear shocks. They might not be as good as a lot of others but they are a Huge improve over the stock 12 inch shocks and I sold the stock shocks the same day for 2 thirds of what I paid for the new ones, if I would have known the old ones would be so easy to sell I would have gone better than the 412s.
just my 2 cents worth

Curious to know if you went with the standard or heavy duty . I had the hd's on my last bike , but though they were a bit stiff when riding solo , perfect when riding 2 up though . I recently changed the oil in my stock shocks to a 10w instead of the factory 5w , haven't had a chance to try them yet , but should be an improvement , but if not , I'll be shopping for new ones .

I had I bought the Heavy Duty ones for my 09 FatBob. Even at the softest setting they were way too stiff. Had to ship them back to Progressive and paid to have standard springs installed. That was riding solo, two up might have been a different story
Good morning Jim , yah , I thought the heavy duty 412 were too stiff , even with my wife on the back , but wasn't sure how the standard would handle 2 up . I also thought about upgrading to the premium hd shock , but first I'll test out the shocks I have now .
I weigh 220 and at softest settings the heavy duty were way too stiff. As mentioned in another thread, on Wednesday I took our bikes off the jacks, aired up the tires and went for a 15 minute test drive to make sure everything was good.
I'm just about to go out for my first real ride of the year, I've got the day off, it's supposed to be 22 today (71.6F)

I have an 18 Road King Classic. I am 210 and went with the HD due to a lot of 2up riding. I am very happy with them so far. Much better than stock!

I went with the Standard.
im 150-155 pounds and it very rare my wife is on the bike. I have the preload set at 2 right now but will play around with that, you need to take the saddle bags off both sides
to adjust them but they give you the wrench,
no instructions came with the shocks about what spacers to use and where but they are on.
