Got an inlb wrench... took going to Lowe’s, AZ, advance, Oreilly and then finally harbor freight before I finally found one that would go above 80 or below 120...
also went to H-D and got a new derby gasket and primary gasket... the new derby gasket looks like it will be fine (solid, orange seal and H-D on it), however the new primary gasket does not have that orange seal or H-D on it like the original, just a regular fiber gasket, do I need to add sealant to the gasket?

No, clean mating surfaces, blue loctite on bolts and torque accordingly in proper sequence.
New gaskets have been put on and fluid has been filled. Hopefully there will be time soon to her out for a bit to warm everything up and see if this took care of the leak.
No noticeable leak while it was sitting since putting it back together but after about a 30min ride and left sitting for 12ish hours, a small puddle appeared. Same spot but not as bad as it was. The bolts were tightened to 96in/lb (dead center of the recommended 84-108) with blue loctite. Thinking about retightening them to the full 108 unless someone has a better idea.
Derby cover is warped from over tightening or wrong sequence. To check it, pull it off and set on guaranteed flat surface like a pain of glass or store countertop.
If that is the case, buy a new one and new gasket. You might be able to save the current gasket but why bother risking it. Installing new carefully tighten around it until it is ready for torque wrench alternating the bolts. Never take one own to hand tight or more by itself.
