With this bike being lowered by an inch, do you have problems with the floorboards hitting the pavement during turns when riding 2-Up? I weigh 160 and my wife about the same.
I cant speak specifically about the 08s but as a 07 SG owner I can say no problem.Its @ 1 inch shorter yet stiffer.You will feel the bumps more w/this model,added weight helps this.Two up cornering no problems.
no problems with my 07 SG, I have 21/18 set up--- I'm 190 spouse is at least 180 (she has put on 7 pounds for every year we have been married)she ain't telling and I aint gonna ask her.

Seriously though, I used to scrape my Fat Boy floor boards regularly on certain turns... I was just doing this on purpose though as I carved up these turns. Like Primo said, if you remember you're not on a sportbike and don't go crazy then there should be no scraping.
