I just replaced a set of progressive 412's with supershox on the rear of my 05 ultra classic. I'm a larger than average guy and the progressives were put on by the PO, not the heavy duty version. What a difference the supershox have made. They run a lot cheaper than the RWD, legends, and ohlins that most of the local dealers were recommending. I called one dealer and he mentioned these. After checking out their website, and talking to them, I liked what I heard, ordered and installed them. They customize based on your specs and make them once you order.
Side note, I will have a set of progressives going up for sale soon. Checking to see exact specs on them.
I to run the Super Shox. And like others have said my wife noticed the difference right off the bat. I also like the fact I can adjust them without tools. I ordered the 14" with the lowering bracket (because I am vertically challenged @ 5'7 1/2" & 28" inseam) and they worked perfect! I am almost flat footed solo and firmly footed fully loaded two up.

I bought a 2020 Road Glide and in 45 years of riding, never needed to upgrade shocks up to that point. I thought I made the biggest mistake ever and HD should be ashamed of themselves for a premium touring bike to ride that hard. Then I met Brian the owner of Super Shox who's shop is near me. He's a great guy with great products. With Super Shox I can ride all day. Money well spent.
I call my 14" Supershox ..... "Magic Shocks".
You get twice the travel compared to the stock Street Glide special shock, and keep the same seat height.
The adjustable collar makes it so easy to go from 1 up to 2, in a matter of seconds.
Its also a nice looking shock with a Premium feel to it.
Took our first 2 up ride today. They said it would change everything about the ride quality. I have to say my head still got sunburned. They didn't help that at all.
Seriously though night and day from the old progressives.
