Will a 2020 RG seat fit a 2013 ultra limited?

Yes, it may not cover all the rub marks made by the bigger seat, but it is interchangeable.
My big Ultra seat rubs the tank and the fender in different places and can be visible with a small/narrower seat on.
Doesn't bother me in the least lol

Do not really have the direct answer. But my 2008 SG seat, fits my 2014.

I have a 2017 seat that fits my 2009. I don't think the frame in the seat area, the tank or the rear fender have change since 2009

What is the difference between the 2013 and the 2020 in regards to comfort?
I have a 2013 EG Ultra, it would be nice to get a more comfortable Seat, but a Comfortable seat that puts me closer the ground.

Probably none....I found a real good price on a slightly used Harley Tall Boy seat that came off a 2020RG.... Just seeing if it'll fit my'13 EG

Many dealers have a seat loaner program. You could take your ride over and try a newer seat. To see if it fits. They might even have the one you’re thinking on.
