Replacement temp sensor.

Since the 32446-95a are hard to come by and prone to fail, someone has swaped out for new style. Was wondering if I go that route what type is new connector ( how many wires etc) and how to wire up.

The specifications for the original engine temperature sensor are in the service manual.
I have not observed the specifications regarding ohm resistance in relation to temperature on the new style.
If a walk-up store is unwilling to order one then a simpler work around would be to search an electronics supplier in your country and order a thermistor of the correct specifications.
