No, in order to change for a higher weight capacity the spring tension must be adjusted for a sag of 1 inch solo and two up.
With me and my wife I have to adjust the RevoA's by rotating the springs 6 revolutions from my solo adjusted position to achieve a 1 inch sag. She weighs about 150 pluss the loaded saddle bags. My RevoA's have the heavy duty spring's
Adjustments of the springs are not really a big deal. Takes 5 minutes, two to find the bottle opener, one to figure out which beer to drink, and one minute to adjust the springs.
