`here` is the glorious banana republic of Brazil… where this harley battery, if available and not backordered for 45 days would cost me exact $100 dollars. (yup, really. maybe even more).

but an `elgin` battery that does the same can be had online for $7 give or take

and yes will try riding this bike more (its a 2019 that I bought last month with 70 miles) maybe it solves itself, but the main battery is also dying so who knows. it is probably a PITA to get to this siren thing anyway.

the siren is super easy to get to. it isn't even bolted in, just snaps into place.

 

battery replaced, mep-mep-mep begone.
