good to hear you got it sorted and thanks for posting the cure for your symptoms.curious as to how was the leaking intake gasket seal discovered.

The one guy next to the one working on it said to him to check it. He described my symptoms to a tee and didn't even know what it was being looked at for. He said 35k miles , I guarantee its an air intake gasket.
They apparently have a test they do when they are hot that confirms it. Ask your local shop what it is they spray in there.
