That indeed is the right side, but OP's picture shows the fuse box which is the left side.

that is connector [4A] "Aux devices" and is a 4 way Molex MX150 connector
if you have the manual, you can find it in the wiring diagram labelled "Main Harness FLH (3 of 3) Touring with Fairing", then go to the index A.2 which lists all the wire harness connectors
