Rebuilt my clutch about 400 - 500 miles ago; Barnet basket, Barnet clutch plate spring conversion, inner bearing, new hub, Rekluse Torque Drive clutch pack. Having trouble getting the clutch adjustment dialed in; neutral is difficult to find while running and with the clutch lever pulled I'm still getting power to the wheel. Adjusted the clutch as always; loosen cable, tried the adjuster at numerous positions - just touching, 1/2 turn out, 3/4 turn out, etc., readjust cable to 1/8 or so of slack at the lever. Results are about the same. Instructions indicated a 1,000 mile break in so I'm nut sure if I have a problem or I'm over-thinking an issue that will resolve itself. Opinions?
Other new parts were new Cycle Electric stator, Baker compensator, Diamond chain, Hayden chain tensioner. Otherwise bike runs great.

RESOLVED: Turns out the Rekluse clutch will not work with the Barnet pressure plate, the lightest springs are too heavy and cause the clutch to drag. Also HHC sent a 75" clutch cable when it should have been a 71". Reverted clutch to stock clutch plate and installed a 72" clutch cable.
