Did a handlebar job this weekend and got everything back together except for this one wire. I don't remember disconnecting it but there it is right in front of me. It looks like some type of antenna wire or coaxial for something. Anyone have any ideas as I can't find the connector for it and don't want to pull the inner faring off the bike again. 2021 Ultra CVO.
You can see the plastic tie wrap has a "fir tree" plug on it... They plug into a similar size hole (slightly smaller) in the frame or a bracket, to anchor that zip tie & cable.
I would look around within it's reach, to see if you can find the spot that cable tie plug attaches... If you find that plug attachment point, you 'll know where it goes.... Then what's supposed to attach to it should be real close by......
Not sure about newer bikes, but on the older bikes, sometimes there would be connectors in the bike's harness for options that particular bike may not have. They were usually, however, covered with a cap or plug if they were not in use. Since you don't remember disconnecting it, it is possible (yet I suspect unlikely) that's what you have... I would still find where that tie wrap plugs into the frame...
I would also do a systems check of all audio systems to see if they are all working properly... radio, GPS, intercom, all speakers, all headset plugs, etc....

Radio, CB or Sirius XM module are the only things I can think of…or, it may be the USB connector?
Here’s the rear section of my radio pic with the fairing off.
2019 Limited w Boom GTS, NO Satellite receiver, if that helps you at all.
Does a CVO comes stock with a CB connection? That may be it…also may be a WHIM connector since they’re stock on CVO.

It isn't the USB as I have that hooked up already, not the radio antenna. That leaves the CB but pretty sure the CB doesn't exist on this bike because it has the WHIM.
It's the CB coax connector. Even though it didn't come with a CB, the coax is there. Part of the wiring harness. The connector on the end of the cable is a male TNC connector. It's not used unless you install the CB (H-D calls it a Bike to Bike Communications unit).
