Has anyone else had problems with the H-D Flush mount LED gauge 62823-06?
All of a sudden all of the LED's are not lighting when they should. Right now only the right 2 are on. Sometimes just one of them and at other times the left 3 or 4 will come on. I have almost a full tank of fuel and all 6 should be on.
Any thoughts? I think I read somewhere that others have had problems with this gauge.
Had the same problem after only having them 6 weeks. Contacted the dealer and they told me electronics are not covered under any kind of warranty, but they would replace it for me. Thanks Gator Harley Davidson of Leesburg, Fl. Dodged that bullet until next time. Don't know what caused the problem with the leds. Maybe too many washin's or just a bad gage.
I have read about this issue, as well. For me, I always use the trip guage, so I would not be affected. Still, having it work as it should, would be a concern. I think you have 90 days to return them, but could be 30. Call the dealer and check.
I thought about buying a set until I read how many people seem to have problems with them. Obviously appears to be a faulty piece of equipment. You'd think they'd stop selling them until they got the problem fixed with whoever the supplier is. Oh wait...what am I thinking?
