I still have my 2003 Heritage I bought new in May 2003. When I bought my first bagger in 2012, I couldn't bring myself to sell the Heritage. Still ride it... still no plans to sell it...
I have to admit, I really wish I still had my first Harley, a 1978 FXS Low Rider I bought new in June 1978... alas, it was stolen in July of 1980...
Back in my former life as a teenager, I spent many summers at my cousins in the central coast of Calif. Both had Hondas, a Sport 90 and a CB160. That's when I first learned how to ride. When I was old enough to get my license, I asked my mom and dad I'd like to get a motorcycle. Well, as protective moms would have it, she pretty much shot my legs from under me at the notion of even thinking about a motorcycle.
Fast forward to 2011 and I bought my first Harley and bike. A new Sportster XL1200CP. The following year, I ordered a 2013 Road King. Both bikes have been flawless and both bikes get equally saddle time. My mom is probably banging her forehead in heaven, but you know what they say about paybacks.
The MC that I owned the longest is probably my '98 Sportster.. Not much to look at compared to other motorcycles, but that's okay. I still have it and it still runs as great as the day I bought it. I doubt I'll ever ride it across multiple states anymore though, but that's okay.
I had my 03 Road King for almost 7 years, and Ive had the one in my signature, for almost 6 1/2 years. Im never getting rid of this one though. The only reason I sold the RK, was to afford an American Ironhorse Slammer. Which, ironically, I only kept 2 years.

Bought new 1998 Dyna Wide Glide in 97 Traded for 2010 street glide. So about 12 yrs. Little over 48k on dyna don't recall exactly. Not that much when I think about it 4k a year.
I've had my 2009 Streetglide since I bought it new in 2010. It has 139,000 miles and the engine has never been opened up. I took a 7000 mile round trip coast to coast ride on it last month.
