Depending on the angle of the sun,you had better have some dark lens eye protection and some strong sunblock.😎

wow, imagine this thread being resurrected after a year!!!!! My new insert still looks pretty good!!

Just a reminder...putting the new one on is a bit tricky. You really only get one shot at it as the glue is incredibly sticky. I kind of lined it up along one side, and then held onto it by the edges until I cleared the key switch. If you are careful it will be easy.

After a hour of removing the old adhesive, I got it in one shot. Thanks for the help.

LOOKS GREAT!!! As nice as the chrome on the non insert dash, it sure does reflect the sun!!!
