12" on my '16 SG.5' 11".Bar ends come out nice and straight, arms near perfect level, very comfortable, and makes slow speed handling much more stable.I have a slight nerve pinch in my right shoulder/neck,and these don't aggravate them at all.Buy them and enjoy.
A picture is worth a 1000 words, just what I needed thank you.
I ordered 12" Mayhem Baggers and they were delivered yesterday. I'll be installing them this weekend. I put 12" Six Bend Kickers on my wife's '21 Tri-Glide and they are perfect! I'll post back after I get them installed this weekend and have a chance to ride with them.
First set of Mayhems went on my Road King, 16-inch and they are great. A bit tricky on pre-CANBUS bikes to fish the wires through but it can be done. Second set went on the 2014 CVO Limited, 12-inch, which I recently replaced with a 2021 CVO Limited. I have another 12-inch Mayhem bar on the bench which I am hoping to install this weekend. The 12-inch is just at the top of the batwing, so you get some protection from the fairing, high enough to look cool and definitely a way more comfortable position than stock. As was mentioned, they are rather wide. I am 6-3 and have long monkey arms, so no problem there.
Make sure to watch all of the install video on the KST website a couple times. I have two sets of these on two different bikes. The bars are incredible but the wiring is miserable. If you take off the shrink wrap like KST does in the video it will make your day a lot less frustrating

Also a little grease on the feed end,and a lot of push/pull action. And pay attn. to the KST vid on which wires to run first....it matters.I never did strip mine.
Plus 1 on the grease it helped me a lot I was having trouble getting my wiring through, it was binding up in the bends and a little grease on the ends made it a lot easier
