as said, appears to be an Amazon knockoff, nothing wrong them overall, however, I wouldn't trust the filter element, I have an RSD Amazon knockoff, the overall quality is amazing actually! I did however, order an actual RSD filter element to replace the one it came with

The filter element looks exactly like the one used for the Kuryakyn Mach 2 air cleaner (I have one on the VTX).
It is very well made, effective, and and is provided by K&N.
