If you're looking for a shield you can look through with little optical distortion I'd highly recommend F4 Customs. Their shields are very clear. As a bonus, you are recommended to clean them with paper towels and Windex. No worries about scratching. On a trip it's extremely advantageous to be able to get bug guts off with paper towel, Windex and not worry about scratches. They make several different heights for each bike...I currently have a tall F4 shield on my Road King that I look through.
