I have a 2020 Ultra Limited with 6400 miles. Around 100 miles (the very first time I rode it last March), I had a major voltage regulator spike issue. Dealer replaced main fuse and terminal saying it wasnt seated correctly and replaced VR. About 1000 miles right front turn signal bulb needed replacing, did it myself. About 6300 miles, the run/off switch stopped working and dealer replaced entire right switch pack. Now, first ride of this year at 6400 miles Im having the voltage regulator issues of spiking at 16 and cutting out power to upper faring (radio etc) again just like I did when I first bought bike. Anyone have any ideas how I can isolate this electrical gremlin? Are these issues related? Im getting frustrated having to take bike to dealer all the time.
It's a 2020 under warranty take it back to the dealer and consider the lemon laws in your state. Don't do any repairs or "fixes" yourself. They could void your warranty.

Motorcycles are not covered under Michigan's lemon law.
Thats correct, Michigan does not have lemon law for motorcycles. I have only taken to dealer, never tried to fix myself. They always cover under warranty. Just a pain to have bike in shop often. Just wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue.
They should start by figuring out what is causing the regulators to fail. Since you now have a second one failing they should no longer assume it's the regulator. (they shouldn't have assumed that is the first place but most people would because we're lazy lol). I would start at the stator and ensure it's supplying the correct power and ensure the wiring is correctly installed. It's going to be a big job wringing out the wiring on the bike looking for shorts that may be causing the spikes. Start with the major charging systems and go from there. Unfortunately I have found over the years most mechanics are good at wrench turning but put a multimeter in their hands and they are lost.
Watch this video.. and when you get to the 10:20 mark, the dealership Master Mechanic explains a few things. This may or may not help but just something I remember watching.
Thanks Gorion and Badbagger and others. They did diagnose main fuse was lose and burnt terminals where it was seated in fuse panel last time. Replaced fuse and terminals. That video is good, Ill mention that when I talk to service. It just seems like a lot of electrical issues in just one year, although this is my first Harley. Cant believe this would be normal.
I have heard of several electrical issues over the past year and change, more than the norm and when I came across that a big *** light went off. then I read your post.. glad it worked out.. there's nothing worse than chasing electrical issues, not a damn thing.
