Default SiriusXM

I just bought a new bike and switched over all my hardware for my satellite radio. My old bike showed the option to use it but the new one doesn't. I'm guessing it needs the software for it but not sure where to get it. Has anyone else come up with this issue?

Dealer needs to "flash" the radio for it to recognize the new hardware. Some indy shops can do it so call around first.

Which bike did you remove it from and in which bike did you install it?

After you move the xm module to the new bike you need to call xm and get it updated to your new bike. No trip to the dealer needed. Then add in the marine radar to the xm package

You need a plug-in module to install in the head unit and, of course, a subscription to SiriusXM.

If the OP moved the Sirius module out of the old head unit, and put it in the new head unit, and If he had an active subscription... it should be working without calling Sirius, because its the same module for his subscription.

When I put the GTX in my bike, I slid the SiriusXM module out of the GT, slid it right into the GTS and installed the head unit into my bike. Took it to the dealer to get the new head unit "authorized", I was with the service guy as he did his thing (DigitalTech), by the time he got done (15 minutes max), Sirius was playing on the new head unit. I have the Traffic and Travel Link on that subscription(has the radar and other stuff) and it was all working too (still is).

Maybe try signing in to your Sirius account on a computer, pick your bikes account and try "send a refresh signal to this radio" in the flip down under the "I want to:"
