Default Condor Wheel Chocks..

So just tossing this out there for y'all. I am using the Condor Wheel Chock and I am here to tell you, it is the best thing since sliced bread. I use it in the garage and if I trailer and rent a small U Haul Motorcycle Trailer, it goes in the nose and really easy. They are around $250 ish on Amazon, just sayin.

There are a million videos out there but here's one:

I have a Wheel Dock and find that is so much easier to mount and dismount my Street Glide. I had a chock similar in design to the Condor, and it worked well for my Sportster. But with the heavier bikes, I found this moved, like the video, in either entering and exiting the chock. After a couple tries, I got the Wheel Dock, which has a flat entry surface. I do like that the Condor is made of aluminum. Not dissing your choice. It just wasn't for me!!

I found the first 7 1/2 minutes of that video completly useless. I also predicted correctly that the chock was going to move when he tried to roll into it. I believe you that the Condor is a quality product, but that video sucked.

I’ve been looking at this one to bolt onto my Handy lift. https://www.condor-lift.com/product/...-part-sc-2000/

I park the bike on top of the lift to save space in the garage.

I had one for many many years. The 1st garage I used it in I mounted it to a 4 x 8 sheet of plywood to keep it from moving around. The parking space was in the middle of my garage. When I retired and we moved to Amarillo I was blest with a 3 car (2 car, 1 bike) garage and could park the bike against the back wall of the garage. I didn't need to secure it, I just put it against the wall.

Then I bought our Trike and didn't need it so I sold it to a guy across the street with an Indian. He had issues with his front fender hitting so he never used it. 3 years later when I bought my SG I asked if he wanted to sell it back to me. So it's back home I guess I'm saying, "I really like these".

Yeah the video sucked hey, I just grabbed one I found. I pull in on mine and it moves maybe 2" on the floor, it's on a piece of carpeting, no big deal to me, I move it back to a pre-marked spot.

The Wheel Dock is fantastic, have it mounted on the Harbor Freight lift and is so easy to move the bike into and out of and also have the quick release bar mounted on the lift so can remove it in seconds and use it on the floor.

I have the HD issue of the Condor...works great! It moves a bit but not enough to be a concern. If it were, I'd bolt it to a 4 x 8 sheet of plywood as HD Gramps did.
I like the versatility & it being portable. I've used it in a U-Haul and other trailers as well.

I cut a piece of the matting you put under rugs so they won’t slide on hardwood floors. Placed it under chock and it stays in place.

I've had my condor now for about 10 years. Zero complaints.

Like many I have used it in my shop floor and also on my trailer.

Good quailty product that is well designed.
