Thanks for all the input. I've decided to go with the Custom Dynamics Custom Dynamics® 7" White LED Halo Headlamp for 94-13 Harley-Davidson® and Custom Dynamics® 4.5" Motorcycle LED Passing Lamps with White Halo . True to the comments above, their customer service is great. Very prompt, professional and gave me the information I was looking for.
In comparison, I also contacted another popular brand of LED headlights and I was quite disappointed they couldn't provide me with their formal warranty statement/policy. Their website says lifetime warranty but their customer service agent could only say "Basically if any of the light stops working you are covered". Well, that wasn't good enough for me, so I went with CD.
