Yes, I'm not sure if my torque wrench was bad or my rush to get the job done. I snapped 1 of the 2 axle bolts that is on the left side (if your facing bike). Do I need a whole new lower fork or can I get a new bolt for this?
If you broke the axle off with the nut still on it, just replace the axle and the nut. I'm having difficulty understanding what scenario would present itself that you would need a new lower.{scratches head}[&:]
Maybe I'm not explaining myself to well. When I say I snapped one of the Axle Holder Nuts, I mean it broke in half. Here is my question. The bolt comes out of the for with the threded side pointing down to the ground. I still have about 1 inch of bolt sticking out of the fork. But it's not long enough to secure the nut. So I can't tighten down the front fork! It's not a question of taping out a screw. I don't know how I can repalce the broken bolt?
