Cables routing
Is there a diagram or anything to show the routing of all the cables? I have a service manual and cant find it in there. Is there another book I should buy thats more in depth? Routing for brake and throttle cables. Through the fairing or not? I know my brake line cant be right. Things are much easier without a fairing
My service manual ('09 flhrc) describes the routing of cables in the section for the specific item being serviced. They don't have a section just for routing. At least as far as I know they don't.
Looks like its back to the manual. Ill try again to find it.
My brake cable is currently on the outside of the fairing and doesnt look right. Im thinking it might be too short to put through the fairing and they just slapped it on there. Maybe Ill run a wire where I think it might go and see if they were just lazy or its short. Either way, I dont think it goes on the outside of the fairing.

I have the service and electrical manual. Only thing I did find is it saying the brake and throttle cables both go through the fairing. Ill have to do some measuring.
To me, it looks like the throttle cable might be a little long and the brake a little short. Whoever owned it before definitely half assed some stuff, included cutting, splicing and taping the audio which I already fixed
