? for someone who's ordered from Ronnies
First time I've placed an order from Ronnies. Couldn't tell if the parts I ordered were in stock or not. Placed the order hoping they were. I did get a order confirmation emailed to me same day. That was a week ago. Nothing since then. Do they usually send any other information on stock or when shipped? I sent an email inquiring 3 days ago with no answer.

I used them pre COVID for stuff I wasn't in a hurry for. If I were you why not follow up with a status of order e-mail? Quite possible they are having staffing issues. And yes I realize the customer shouldn't have to chase a vendor but it's a new world out there.

I've ordered from them a few times. Once it was quick and it was there the same week. Next tome it took to the following week. My understanding is they stock alot of parts but they don't have everything...who does? Lol. They won't ship the stuff they do have until all of your order is ready to go. As far as getting a response...id imagine they're like every other service type business and they just don't have enough people. I'm sure there's some delays on HD's end shipping to dealers too...then you have the whole FedEx/ups delays. I know I'm very impatient when I'm waiting on bike parts...especially if it's something I need to get it running but unfortunately it's just the way things are now and it sucks because we were spoiled and I liked being spoiled lol. Give them some time I'm sure your parts are coming as fast as possible.
