Well she was finished 5 weeks ago but it has been to hot to even shoot a picture. Thanks to John at www.surgicalsteeds.com forgetting me started, and to Chuck - Paint, Johnny doing the engine work -rebuild and to Tony for the mocking and molding the bag extension kit and the fender cover. They did the fabrication, paint andthe flame pin stripping. Ijust wanted to share. She's a stock 96 Road King.
Thanks
Looks great, from what I can see. Would sure love some more pics. I was thinking about a pinstripe flame, and wide fat fender, but from your pics, it is hard to make out what I am looking to look at. LOL More pics?
Thanks for the compliment, but I wish it had the guts that your has. Something about a new bike. Don't get me wrong but I have to work on the motor next.
Pete
I'm just waiting for someone to develop a hologram device that 'shoots flames' out the back of the bike, that is appears to be flames coming off the back. That would be a real eye-catcher Probably wouldn't cost much more than the 'under lighting' that guys install on their bikes now. Just imagine a hologram image of a jolly roger floating along like a flag waving over your bike while riding down the road
Which fender cover/bag kitdid you use? And can you run a passenger seat on it or do you have to have a 2 up seat instead of a passenger pillion? I really want to add stretched bags but havent figured out the whole rear seat issue with the fender cover. And stretched bags without a stretched fenderum no thanks!
