Default 2008 Ultra Classic - TGS problems

Hi Guys, some days ago I wanted do adjust my 10''bars inclination, and after adjusting I had no throttle response, TGS- related codes ( P0120, P0122 , P 0220, P0641, P1510, P1511, P0222, P2127 , P2138).

So I removed my TGS to check and properly re-wire everything. I even removed the green connector and soldered the cables ( electronic technician, I can solder pretty well).

Now I have external wires to be sure that nothing is pinched , I followed the TGS wiring diagrams that I found in this forum, but I have absolutely no throttle response, zero, and the bike is throwing a lot of codes.

What can I do? I do not absolutely want to give up.

Many thanks in advance from Italy.

Based on what done so far I'd replace the entire TBW assembly with Screaming Eagle part number 32310-08A it eliminates the green plug too.

Paolo90,
Since the problem started with moving the bars I would check continuity on the wires. Make sure there isn't a broken wire somewhere in the circuit. The TPS1 dtc's P0120, P0122 and P2122 are TPS1 range, low and open errors so maybe the BN/O 5V sensor power is open?

I have a 2008 Electrical Diagnostic Manual, if you PM me your email address I'll try to send a copy.

i have the same year Street glide with close to problem your having. I discovered a internal broken wire (sheathing still in place) in the bundle on the right side of the steering head. take the wires out of the bundle and check that wiring from your TGS. Mine was the brown wire.

Thanks for your replies guys , re checked wires and no problem found.

I ordered the screamin eagle twist grip sensor , I hope I can solve the problem with the part as good weather is starting and I am without my scoot.

I will let you know
