Hey guys my son was changing his oil the other day in his 2013 Street Glide. I was not home and he sent me this pick. It looks like Brass to me. He said it was not gritty when he rubbed it between his fingers. Unfortunately I was not home and he dumped it into the old oil pale before I could check it. Any ideas if these bikes have any bearing issues that I am not aware of. Thanks in advance.
Yep, sure looks like moisture. If you don't let the engine heat right up you can get condensation in the engine. As soon as the engine heats up that moisture evaporates and is gone.
