Hey guys, has anyone ever tried to get a cvo flip fob and had it programmed for a standard street glide or sgs? Curious if it would work. Id rather have a 2 in 1 unit rather than the fob and key.

Pretty simple - 1) buy it 2) have your dealer pair it to your bike. Took my dealer 5 minutes to pair it, no charge.
When I was changing my BCM out last year, I was talking with the mechanic doing the programming on the FOB's (so I could use my original FOBs), because I was told the newer BCM would mean I'd have to buy new FOBs (not true)... he told me I could use either 2 of the "new style" or 2 of the "old style", but I couldn't mix styles. Meaning I couldn't have one of each programmed in. I DO Not Know If This Is True For The "CVO"/Flip style or not.
Might check it out, if you were planning on buying 1 of the flip style FOBs, and using one of your old FOBs as a back up.
Good to know! I guess ill see what they say once i bring it in.
