I just bought a 2017 CVO with a 117cc and trying to understand if this is a stage 3 kit on a 114cc from the factory? Is it just considered a 117cc with no stage kit?
All the other 2017 CVOs i can find have smaller 114 and I think i seen 107 motors. Seems that 2018 has the 117s. But are those newer motors just considered 117s or 114s with stage 3 kit?
Just trying to figure out what I have on this bike.
Thanks for assistance.
Side question. Do the VIN numbers tell all the options on a bike and is there a VIN code reader thread on the site?

I'm at the dealership and had them plug it in. Came back it's a 114ci with a stage 4 kit.
The 2017 come with the 114, If it's a 117 the jugs were replaced. If it's a 114 stage 4 the head would be ported and it would say ported on the head badge.

I dont know were the head badge is but ill try to figure it out qhen i get home (5 hours)
They did give me all the tuning numbers. Price it cost for parts and labor when it was done and a list of parts used.
It also doesn't say 114 on the heads (I think they are the heads) like I've seen on all the other CVOs from 2017.
