The best depends on how much you want to spend, where you want to mount it and the looks. Here's a Rokform mount that's all metal and sturdy. Choose the type of the mount. Downside is you have to get their phone case.
I have the this gripper mount. It uses a ball mount that my Garmin GPS also attaches to.
I have a Quadlock with the vibration dampener, in my option its awesome no way my phone is falling off the mount!
I got the Quad Lock with the vibration dampener and charging head also.and its a great mount but already thinking of upgrading as they released metal mounts and the new wiring harness for the charger. Might wait until Black Friday as thats when I got mine with the discount they offered.
Personally I won't mount my phone on the bars. The vibration could (and I emphasize could) cause damage to your phone. I do have a Cardo Pack Talk Bold I use and blue tooth my phone to it so I can listen to music. Had a couple of friends who "lost" their phones due to vibrations. But that's just me, my .
Great folks to deal with too. I called and placed my order and asked them if they could swap the clamp that comes with the mount for one that would fit my 1 1/2 inch bars so I didn't have to pay extra for the larger clamp and they gladly did. The mount is sturdy and holds my phone securely in place.

This has happened to me on my last 3 phones, Ive used every one of the top player holders but the vibration, I assume, has dislodged the ear piece speaker in my last 3 phones (Samsung galaxy note 20, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 13 pro) my current phone I can still hear the ear piece speaker but it has fallen down some so the volume is so low its not usable, I either use my ear buds or the speaker phone to make calls. Its weird because I watch my bars and they do not shake or vibrate that much at all. Anyway, I do like my phone on my bars for maps and stuff as I do not use the factory navigation.
Happed to mine with a solid mount on the bars. Ruined the camera and had to crack open my phone and replace the camera module to get the functionality back. Won't ever mount to the handlebars again.
