During some recent work I found that my repair work has again cracked and broken so next year is going to be project time. I need to replace the inner fairing on my 08 Ultra.
I recall reading that there are better options than others out there. I remember someone said that they got one that did not have the knurled nuts in place for the screw holes. I would like to avoid that headache.
What are the good sources? Are there any other maintenance items or gotchas that I should make note of since I am going to be tearing the whole top apart?

I'm sure you can, but why wait for winter? They'll knock out the install in 30 minutes for a very reasonable price.
