Having problems starting and idling running real lean. Changed fuel pump this winter ,did pressure test and it shows 60 lbs. With engine running and looking in gas tank is it normal to see the gas moving all over inside there. I thought somewhere I read that if you see gas flowing around in your gas tank something was wrong am I correct

Reason: To put make of bike in there
Would be nice to know what you're working on?
Year?
Model?
What upgrades have you done?
What mods have been done?
Miles on the bike?
You say you changed the fuel filter?
Did you change all the fuel lines in there too?

It's normal. Running, fuel pump runs all the time. Discharges the excess of 60-65 thru relief in tank.
You wouldn't have 60 if it was leaking. It needs 60 at idle just like at WOT.
I do have a full tank, I replaced the fuel pump with a kit that has everything but the line that goes to the quick connect. When I turn ignition on , I instantly see it as the pump starts. And as its running constantly.. i edited my post saying what i had..

The big thing is that after the fuel pump shuts off, does the system hold pressure say -5 psi? If it seem to hold pressure at 55 psi the system is good. The only other issue might be if you never changed the fuel filter.
Yes. Fuel will moving around in the tank. The regulator dumps excess pressure back into the tank. If you shut the motor off and still see fuel moving after pump stops, you got a leak. You 'll also see pressure trop.
I don't see my 04 doing it on a full tank but even Softail shakes enough the fuel moves
PS..you been around a while but make your next new post over in the new member area..

But should it be doing that even before building pressure?
it does that all the way up till the pump stops. And constantly as the bike is running. I had replaced the pump, regulator and filter and hose from pump. The kit didn't come with the disconnect hose.
I did that this winter. And this is first time starting bike. Now it runs bad, hard starting, coughs and running real lean . I triple checked for any intake leaks with carb cleaner and also prone, no variation. Thats why I'm thinking its in the tank
Want to give an update on my issue with the fuel pump I found the problem when I put the fuel pump in I pinch the rubber o-ring between the filter and the pressure regulator which tour a quarter of that O-ring up and that's what it was spraying out of. Issue fixed thanks to everybody for trying to help me I appreciate that
