Make sure your USB drive is not too large. Some newer, large capacity USB drives are not recognized by the GTS radio. I would suggest making sure it is 32 GB or less. As someone pointed out, it can be formatted using FAT32 or exFat, which is a format recognized by both Windows, Mac, and the GTS radio.
I usually plug in my USB drive before turning the ignition to the accessory position. It is quite possible that it will work after turning the bike to the accessory position but I have always connected the USB drive first.
Just did mine...super slick...no issues. Grabbed a 16GB SanDisk USB stick that I had. Checked to make sure there was nothing on it. Loaded the iso file on it, plugged it in to the bike, took about 5 minutes...done.
I too, am having problems up dating my 2021 FLHTK. I am using a formatted 16gb drive with nothing else on it. I don't see an "iso" file when I open the zip folder. I have 3 "DAT" files, 1 disc image file, and 1 text document file. Could I be downloading the wrong file from Harley?

Reason you don't show iso has to do with " file extensions" on PC. Forgot how I got there but you need to change to either hide or uncheck hide extensions. I think it's hide. Opposite of what you have now.
OK, I got it to update. I took Maurice1 advice and clicked the box "file extension". That put the "iso" after the file. I then transferred it to a formatted 16gb jump drive and plugged it into the bike. Lo and behold it worked!! Thanks for the help.

click on the start button, then type in 'folder options', when that opens, you'll go into 'view' and uncheck 'hide file extensions for known file types'

Thanks for that. After I posted above I did figure it out.
