Do you have them in you hand? Or are you just looking at the pictures on the web page? I see them on the web page, but if they were delivered with the holes missing, it's time to return them. I bought a cheap set from ebay and used them for a season before I decided to go ahead and buy the OEM HD ones and I love them! The cheap ones move position from where you put them at while you're riding around, but it was a good "Pre Purchase" test for the HD Ones.......
