Hi all, I had this on my last bike, it goes around the front headlamps bezel, but can not seem to find it again, anywhere!! Does ANYONE have any idea where I could find another one? I have scoured the inter webz, with no result.

I found the same one. If you go through the pics they have a few that is the same as the OP's. They have different styles I suppose, but it's in there... namely this one:
