i had this happen to me once with my 2013. it was a misalignment of the switch. i took the switch back out, tried to align everything back up again. got nowhere. got frustrated, left, came back and everything fell into place like butter. but i swear, it was a good 45 minutes before i got totally frustrated and walked away. it just would not work. then it just did.

on a side note, it was right after that that i went ahead and spent the $15 for the special tool.

checking pins, and checking for power are probably what you got to do. For ***** I'd still check fuse. When you put the maxi fuse back in, if something was not right, maybe it caused a few fuse to blow.

Definitely wasn't the fuse.

That's exactly what happened! I messed up the alignment of the pins. After messing with it for more than an hour the forks locked the lock seated correctly and everything lit up when I turned the switch! Lesson learned; pay closer attention when working around your ignition lock.

Got it!:Everything is back together.
I want to thank everyone who offered advice and help.
All in all very happy with the upgrade.
AR-25 front fork internals and legend rears, the bike soaks up bumps now & feels plush! 2+2 Sweeper bars gives me a more natural feel while riding. I had 3 shoulder surgeries over the past few years and lost interest in riding because of the discomfort after a short time.
Hope this is a game changer.
Thank again everyone!!
