I'll do my best using the information provided, You have a '14 SG. You've already disassembled the engine and installed a new jug, head and piston. Since the engine will fire on a flammable substance, it can only be missing fuel.
Start by making sure the fuel pump runs when the ignition is turned on. If yes, check the quick disconnect at the tank and make sure it's connected all the way by removing and reinstalling it. If there is fuel pressure in there, move to the injector plugs and check that they were reinstalled correctly. Next, check the plug in connection on the throttle body.
If there's no fuel pressure, check fuses and the fuel pump relay. Check wiring at the fuel pump plate on the tank and under the seat.
Double check all connections. You'll find it soon enough.
So I just got done replacing my piston, head, and jug because I had a bolt go in to the combustion chamber I got it all back together torque down the correct way however the bike will only start and run off of ether I can't get it to start can you help anyone. Have replaced the check valve fuel filter fuel injectors

Not drug, jug I did the Piston, the head, The Jug. I brought it to the dealer they diagnosed it the only way I can get it to run is off starting fluid I had that from the drug LOL
I have checked everything that you mentioned I put new injectors in checked all the plugs I ordered a new fuel pump cuz at one point I got a code for my fuel pump staying open but they sent me the wrong fuel pump so I was unable to replace the fuel pump Where is the relay for the fuel pump and the reason that I change the filter and everything was because the gas had sat for a year. I did notice that the connection underneath the tank where the main fuel line that goes to the throttle body that line had a white it almost looked like bacon Grease that had cooled
Sounds like you maybe had some ethanol fuel in there for the year that it sat. The bacon grease will have to be addressed, and likely the fuel pump replaced. The lines will need to be cleaned out.
Edit:- Thinking about this, since you have new injectors and likely need a new pump, there isn't that much more to go just to replace the whole fuel system plumbing. Well worth it at this point.
