right now I use the saddle gab to put my glasses and gloves but it’s not convenient. When traveling the bag is full and it’s hard to find the things I need to ride.

I use to have one of these saddle gab trays, but I keep a fitted liner in my saddle gabs now. I change it out now-and-then. When I have my lower fairings on I use the lockable glove boxes to store stuff, including my shades.
You could also change out the saddle gab tethers and get these.
