Default Piston Jets Tester *SOS*
Looking for a Piston Jet Tester, can’t seem to locate one anywhere (back order). Does anyone have a lead? Bike is apart and trying to identify root cause of engine failure before putting it back together. TIA. https://ultimatemotorcycling.com/201...n-jets-tester/

It's pretty basic. Probably make one in an hour if you own drills and taps. Low pressure air regulator and some fittings.

The failure with the jets is sometimes the screws that hold them do not seat full. While they seem tight they are not full seating the jet and it leaks. This was a cause of summing on some 2017 M8's the holes for the screws were no deep enough.

I had that problem with my 2020 Road Glide special 114ci. 9500 miles jets failed and loaded up the engine with oil everywhere.
mechanic said the torque on the jets was low. The motor company replaced cylinders pistons rings
but would not authorize the dealership to replace the jets, just torque to proper specs.

Traded it in still in pieces for 21 RG limited.
