Default Amplified speaker for 99 RK

I am looking for a set of amplified speakers to use with a MP3. I have a 99 RK, and some of the ones I have seen won't fit the RK.Does anyone have a set of these, if so what type and how do you like them. Thank you,

Self-amplified Chrome Handlebar Mounted Speaker Kit

MHAS-2005
$599.99

These self amplified powerhouses are virtually hand built in our factory in Tucson.

The amplifier circuits that are installed into the base of the speaker housings put out well in excess of 25 watts each and are sealed in epoxy to provide complete weather proofing.

Not only powerful, the amplifier circuits have been specially tuned for the high gain levels necessary to amplify even the smallest of Walkman/MP3-type or portable satellite radio music devices.

Left speaker side mounted volume up/down control switches provide for ease of use and convenience while riding.

The speaker cones are also waterproof and will provide many years of service without damage from the weather.

A top quality chrome finish is applied to the speaker housings as well as the mounting brackets for beauty and durability.

The speakers connect directly to your bike's 12V electrical system (no batteries are needed except for your personal music device) and all necessary wiring, mounting hardware and installation instructions are included.

The MHAS-2005 speakers are the best performing handlebar mounted speakers you can buy anywhere, at any price. You won't be disappointed!

Have tried a few of these type on my '01 RKC... And they worked GREAT till ya got to cruise speed - then couldn't hear it... Went back to buds in the ears...
A buddy of mine got a DragonFly Fairing mounted on his Road King at the Hollister Rally in July with there 6x9 Speakers and 200w stereo - color match was right on.. plays MP3- XM set-up done also... Now I can hear his tunes @ 80 mph....While I'm on my RG.. It Looks Great - Sounds even Better... But not in anyway cheap... But if you like your tunes you might consider a detachable fairing...
