Will the Legend 12”’ Shocks really lower your bike a full inch and will you still have a much more better ride than your stock 13” shocks on the Ultra Classic?
Quick question, why do you want the 12 inch with 2 inches of travel over the 13 which has 3 inches of travel? Yes, anything that Legends make will be a improvement over stock.
I need 12”’shocks to lower bike so my feet will reach the ground closer!
Have you tried a seat mod? Sometimes an inch or two with a narrower seat neck will do the trick.
If you still want 12" shocks, there are some great 12" shocks with a 3" travel. I lowered my King front and rear with a seat mod. The rear shocks are by Ohlins 12" with 3" of travel.

It will lower the bike about a 1/2" because they have less sag than stock, but are shorter than what you have. They will feel better and offer more adjustability than the stock does.
12" Bitubo WME0 dual adjustable shocks will lower you 1" and have 2.7" of travel. About $550 a pair. Might be worth a look. I've had them along with the front JBH cartridges on my 21 SGS and they are really good. $1180 delivered for the shocks and cartridges with oil.
Used Legends have been the best investment I have made so far on my '07. (Mine are not the Revo-A adjustables).
I probably need to play w/ the settings a bit though, as I am slightly lighter than the guy I bought them from.

when you sit on 13” shock it will sag to 12” and you still get more travel. Do it man improvement is serious after this upgrade. I just released video on this upgrade on my YouTube channel.
