when you sit on 13” shock it will sag to 12” and you still get more travel. Do it man improvement is serious after this upgrade.
I'm not knocking Legends. It's a good product. But a good 12" shock with as much travel as the Legends 13" with proper sag will be even lower, per my previous post. Just giving the OP other options.

Pretty sure with most good shocks with a 3" stroke the effective stroke is about 2" when the sag is set properly. I'll let the shock experts on here confirm.
I have the 12" Ohlins with 3" stroke on my King. With me sitting on the bike, the sag on the shocks are a smidge over 11". My wife and I are not the biggest people, but fully loaded with TP and full saddlebags the bike has not bottomed out in the 7 years I've had them. It's still smooth as butta.
