I leave my trailer outside 24/7 without a cover. Its an enclosed 7X14 vnose, never an issue.

Thanks for all the replys, but I just found close to what I was looking for that I can make do the job.
Ice storms are my main concern for the top, expanding and contracting only needs to find one spot around a seal to start a leak. An inch of Ice can do some damage to a 16 year old trailer roof. I have put alot of work and money into my trailer so a few hundred dollars for peace of mind thru the winter will be money well spent.
