You need to be more specific as to what's going on.
Besides the Hi beam isn't working.
Is there voltage at the bulb connector between black and white?
Is the hi beam indicator lighting up?
These questions were asked but not answered.
Details matter, help us help you.
Explain it to us like we're 4 years old.
Just so a small detail is not missed.
What kind of bulb was on the bike?
What kind of bulb did you use as a replacement?
Did you test either bulb on a bench to confirm operation of bulb?
Is the hi/lo switch operating correctly ? perhaps somebody changed bars or grips and pinched a wire at the clam for switches.
Th auxiliary or passing lights only come on when the headlight is in low beam mode. When high beam is selected, the passing lights are extinguished.
So Im that sense, they are operating correctly.
So no high beam is a problem from the handlebar switch to the headlight itself. Usually its a burned out filament in the bulb. But a loose or broken wire can happen. As can a failed switch.
Not sure if the bulb you replaced was a headlight bulb. If you have, use a meter or test bulb and look for juice following back from the headlight plug to the handlebar switch.
The low beam, and tbe spot lights going off when High beam is turned on, is the standard OEM performance.
Focus diagnostics on why the high beam is not coming on. Check voltage at the light connector, if you have it, then sumthin is wrong with bulb. If no power at connector, use schematic to figure out where you are losing it. The stitch is good, since the low beam & aux lights are going off when ya switch on the high beam.

It could still be in the stitch The connection at the high beam terminal of the switch could be broken or corroded
