I got the one with the short flash duration and installed it on just the tourpak brake lights. Its designed with enough amperage to do all but thats what I wanted. Small enough it fits under the left light fixture inside the tourpak.
My wife and daughter thought the same thing when I converted my brake/turn lights. I love how bright those lights are back there.
Anything to make us more visible.
But not good if you can hardly tell your brake lights come on.
I AGREE !
I sold both sets I had for mine & the Wife's bikes.
I like the OLDER version BETTER !
On that setup the turn signals were either signals or brake light and NOT a running light.
I plan on getting the Biketronics version that has the old setup.
Rob .....
I also installed the H-D run/turn/brake module, slick as a whistle. Then put a BackOFF flasher on the middle brake/tail light. Then swapped the old tail light for the new H-D LED light.
After using this setup for a week, it's clear that motorists really see the brake lights - they stay much farther behind when the bright light comes on[&:]
