@ Duces R wild: The carbed model has a screen right in the tank by the petcock. You would need to take off the large nut and pull off the petcock.

@ mwriggs there is no automotive aftermarket x-reference. You could try to make something work, but why? HD it only costs around $25 and last 25k mi. The hose you can get from either gates or dayco. Then again you will need to adapt to hd system.
